Improvement on synthetic technology of 6-amino piperonylic acid

摘要 目的改进6-氨基胡椒酸的合成工艺。方法以胡椒酸为原料,经发烟硝酸硝化、铁粉或保险粉(Na2S2O4)还原,合成6-氨基胡椒酸。结果产物经HRMS,MS,1H-NMR,IR等分析手段进行了结构确证,总收率达到64%。结论本文首次以胡椒酸为原料合成了6-氨基胡椒酸。工艺路线合理可行,比传统的工艺路线易于控制,操作简单。 Objective To improve the synthetic technology of 6-amino piperonylic acid. Methods The 6-amino piperonylic acid was prepared from piperonylic acid by nitration of piperonylic acid and reduction of 6-nitro piperonylic acid in the presence of iron powder or Na2S2O4. Results Products were characterized by HRMS, MS, ^1H-NMR, IR and other analytical methods. The overall yield was about 64%. Conclusion The 6-amino piperonylic acid is firstly successfully synthesized from piperonylic acid. And the designed technology provides a simple,reasonable and practicable procedure for the synthesis of 6-amino piperonylic acid. Moreover, It can be easily controlled compared with the former reported synthetic technology.
