脑型血吸虫病不典型MRI表现分析

Atypical MRI findings of cerebral schistosomiasis

目的探讨脑型血吸虫病的不典型MRI表现。方法回顾性分析10例经临床病理证实、MRI误诊的脑型血吸虫病的MRI表现。结果脑型血吸虫病的不典型MRI表现为:单发大结节3例,脑炎样改变3例,脑膜结节状强化者2例,脑梗死样改变1例,强化不均匀1例。结论脑型血吸虫病MRI表现不典型时易误诊,应结合临床及相关实验室检查综合分析。

Objective To explore the atypical MRI manifestation of cerebral schistosomiasis. Methods The MRI features in 10 cases of cerebral schistosomiasis misdiagnosed by MRI were analyzed retrospectively. All the cases were confirmed by clinical pathology. Results Single large nodule appeared in 3 cases, encephalitis-like changes in 3 cases, meningeal nodular enhancement in 2 cases, cerebral infarction-like change in 1 case and inhomogeneous enhancement in 1 case. Conclusion The cerebral schistosomiasis with atypical MRI features is easily misdiagnosed, and it should be determined from clinical symptoms and laboratory results.
