鼻咽癌组织ku70蛋白表达的临床意义

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF EXPRESSION OF KU70 PROTEINS IN NASOPHARYNGEAL PATIENTS

目的探讨鼻咽癌组织ku70蛋白表达的临床意义。方法45例鼻咽癌病人作为研究对象,采用WHO病理分类和福州92’鼻咽癌分期,对T3～4、N2～3鼻咽癌病人采用化学治疗,T3～4、N2～3病人放射治疗前采用新辅助化疗1～2个疗程,化疗方案为PF,方案为PF,PDD:30 mg/m2iv,d1～3;5Fu:500 mg/m2iv d1～5;每4周重复,化疗结束后7～14 d放射治疗;同期化疗采用PF方案(同上),分别于第1、4、7周进行。并于化放疗结束后6个月进行评价。采用常规的免疫组化检测45例鼻咽癌标本ku70表达。结果ku70表达与鼻咽癌病理类型、福州92’鼻咽癌临床分期无关,而ku蛋白表达与鼻咽癌肿物近期反应相关。结论Ku70蛋白表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性存在一定相关性,而与临床分期和病理类型无关。

Objective In order to explore the clinic significance of ku70 protein expression. Methods Positive rates of ku70 protein expression were determined in nasopharyngeal carcinoma of 45 patients with immunohistochemistry stain. At the same time, we ascertained it＇ s clinical stage of Fuzhou 92＇ year and histological types of WHO staged in NPC. Those patients, with T3 - 4, N2 - 3 stages ,were treated with induced chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Induction chemotherapy consisted of one to two cycles of eisplatin and fluouracil. RT was given to the nasopharynx and neck using megavoltage radiation. The response of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in NPC patients was evaluated at six months. Results The expression rate of ku70 was not correlated with pathology types and clinical stage. However, Statistical analysis showed independence between ku70 protein expression and therapeutic effect in the near future. Conclusion There was no relationship between the expressions of ku70 protein and clinical stage, pathology types. But, the expression of Ku70 was associated with therapeutic effect in the near future. It suggested that the expression was associated with sensitivity of radiotherapy.
