907例常见病的急诊超声特征分析

目的分析急诊超声常见病例的声像图特征,探讨急诊超声在临床诊断和治疗的应用价值。方法回顾性分析907例夜间急症病人的超声表现,并与手术病理或随访结果进行对照。结果经手术治疗697例,与手术病理相符合656例,符合率94.1%,保守治疗210例,与临床诊断治疗及随访符合199例,符合率94.8%。结论急诊超声检查能准确判断病变部位、性质及严重程度,给临床拟定手术方案或保守治疗提供正确合理的诊断依据。

Objective Analysis of emergency ultrasound common sonographic features of cases to explore the emergency ultrasound in clinical diagnosis and treatment of the application value. Methods Retrospective analysis of 907 cases of acute night - time performance of the patient＇ s ultrasound, and surgical pathology or follow - up results were compared. Results After surgical treatment d 697 cases with 656 cases of surgery and pathology in line with the rate of 94.1% ,210 cases of conservative treatment, and clinical diagnosis and treatment and follow - up in line with the 199 cases,in line with the rate of 94. 8%.
