Therefore, strengthening the consummation of medical record information in law and the usage of medical record data, exploit questionable orientation medical record management systems of digital multi -axis classification,can develop and consummate patient -oriented medical service, as well as help hospitals obtain innovation and help citizens gain efficient salvation.
