摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中致吞咽障碍康复训练方法。方法:对350例脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者实施感觉刺激、口面部肌力训练、摄食训练等康复训练及护理。结果:本组患者吞咽功能均得到不同程度的改善,显效115例,有效175例,无效60例。结论:尽早对脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者进行系统有序的训练和科学的护理,可有效预防吸入性肺炎的发生,加快吞咽功能的恢复。
Objective： To investigate the experience of nursing care in the treatment of swallow obstacle by stroke. Methods： Facial stimulation, oroficiaomuscles training and eating trainingwere applied for 350 patients with swallow obstacle caused by stroke. Results： The function of swallow of all the patientwas improved to some extent. Conclusion： Early programmed training and scientific nursing care could effectively prevent from aspiration pneumonia and help reconstruct swallowing function.
