Preparation of Tire Chain of Hot plasticity Type Polyurethane Elastomer

聚酯多元醇、ＭＤＩ、１，４丁二醇摩尔比为１∶３１∶２１时，在少量添加剂存在下，经预聚、扩链制得热塑料，经注塑机加工成型制成防滑链。

At first,the hot plasticity resin is prepared by prepolymerization and chain extension at a ratio of polyester polyfunctional alcohol /MDI/1,4 butylene glycol=1∶3.1∶2.1 in the presence of additive,then the resin is moulded with a injection molding machine.The tire chain is obtained finally.
