摘要
研究了喷孔直径对泵端压力、嘴端压力、针阀升程和燃烧过程的影响,分析了它们之间的关系,试验结果表明105柴油机采用4×0.30×150°喷油嘴,其性能最佳.
The effect of spray orifice diameter on pump end pressure, nozzle end pressure, needle lift and combustion process are studied and the relations among those factors are analysed. Test results prove that with 4×0.30×150°nozzle 105 diesel engine performs best.
