弯曲振动减振器对扭-弯减振器扭振减振性能的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文建立了扭-弯减振器的理论模型,推导了发动机安装扭-弯减振器后轴系扭振的振幅表达式。研究了该类减振器的基本振动特性,从理论上探讨了弯曲振动减振器参数对扭-弯减振器扭振减振性能的影响。发现在扭振减振器参数不变的情况下,通过改变弯曲振动减振器的阻尼系数,在其幅频响应图上总是具有一与阻尼无关的定点;而在弯曲振动减振器参数不变的情况下,通过改变扭振减振器的阻尼参数,其幅频响应图上总是具有与阻尼无关的两个定点,为扭-弯减振器的优化设计提供了依据,并试验研究了不同弯曲振动减振器配置对总体减振效果的影响。在考虑弯曲减振器影响的情况下,对扭-弯减振器的优化设计问题进行了分析和讨论。 A model torsional bending vibration damper is proposed,and the amplitude of the crankshaft with the torsional bending vibration damper pully is deduced in this paper.Effect of parameters of bending vibration damper on the properties of torsional vibration reduction for torsional/bending vibration damper is studied theoretically and experimentally.When the parameters of torsional vibration damper are constant,the response of the crankshaft always passes a constant point with vary of the coefficient of the damp of the bending vibration damper.When the parameters of bending vibration damper are constant,the response of the crankshaft always passes two constant points with vary of the coefficient of damp of the torsional vibration damper.The problem of optimum in designing of torsional bending vibration damper is analysised and discussed.
