摘要
归纳了设备监理中质量管理的主要方法，分析了其对我军军事代表在装备质量监督工作中的适用性，提出了借鉴设备监理制度的做法，以提高军事代表装备质量监督工作效益。
The paper summarizes the main method of quality management in equipment supervi sion, analyzes its applicability to the quality supervision of the plant military representatives, and pro poses suggestions on how to use the equipment supervision system for reference. The paper has im portant meaning to improve the benefit of the plant military representative＇s quality supervision.
