摘要
通过ASPENPLUS工艺模拟软件,选用RK-ASPEN物性方法对布朗型合成氨装置的深冷净化阶段进行了流程模拟,研究了脱除甲烷化气中过量氮、甲烷和Ar的能力以及不同的甲烷化气组成对最终净化结果的影响。模拟结果显示,设计值与模拟值基本吻合,并且该工艺可以直接应用于中小型合成氨装置合成气净化部分。
The engineering software of ASPEN PLUS was applied here to simulate the cryogenic purification process extracted from the C.F.Braun Ammonia Plant Technology. Investigations include the purification capacities for excess-nitrogen, methane and argon, and influences of different-component syn-gas to the final output. Resuits showed that simulating values are nearly in accordance with design values, in addition, the extracted process can be provided for small-scale or medium-scale ammonia plants for syn-gas purifications.
