摘要
三水平南24层一、二区三段单一层综采工作面在掘送时,因受地质构造影响,距切眼200 m变向,变向角度为164°,变向前后工作面机、轨道进度相差50 m。通过提前对变向点采取有效技术措施,确保了工作面运输机不上窜的同时,运输机机头和机道转载机搭接高度距离均保持合理,达到正常生产,实现工作面顺利通过变向点,确保过变向不减产,实现稳产、高产。
Drilling on fully mechanized coal mining face at single seam, 3 level, No. 1 and No. 2 district of 24th Sanshui Pingnan changes direction (the angle degree of changing is 164°) at 200m distance from the cut eye due to the influence upon geological structure. Efficient technology measures have been taken in advance to keep the rational height and distance during the joint of conveyor head and reversed loader, which ensures normal production and achieves stable and high yield.
