锦州港集装箱码头装卸工艺方案探讨

摘要 依托锦州港集装箱运输特点和新建第二港池集装箱码头二期工程的具体条件,结合国内外集装箱码头新工艺、新技术开发情况,研究确定适合于锦州港发展的21世纪先进的集装箱码头装卸工艺方案。介绍轨道式集装箱龙门起重机(RMG)和轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机(RTG)2种集装箱堆场装卸设备,通过全面的技术经济比较,推荐采用RMG装卸工艺系统作为锦州港集装箱码头建设方案。 The study and determination of scheme for handling technology system that is advanced in the 21st century and suitable for the development of Jinzhou Port are made, according to the port container traffic and specific conditions of the container terminal project phase 2 for second basin and combining with the development of new technology of container terminal at home and abroad. The two kind of container yard handling equipment namely rail-mounted container gantry crane (RMG)and rubber-tyred container gantry crane (RTG) have been presented.The RMG handling system is recommended as the construction scheme for the container terminal of Jinzhou Port through overall comparasion of technique and economics.
