摘要
通过对烟煤反火炉造气的研究,了解了强黏烟煤在模拟反火炉中的燃烧情况,探讨了各风速与不同煤粒径之间、气体产率与风速之间的关系,为解决反火炉易断火及烟煤造气烟尘大、焦油中沥青含量及游离碳过高、烟煤制气中的"破黏"、反火炉产气效率低等问题提供了可靠的依据,也为确定烟煤反火炉造气的最佳炉型、结构及最优工艺条件和控制手段提供了可靠的依据。
In this paper, the bituminous coal is mainly engaged in the study back-run gas produce stoves. Huainan bituminous coal is the main target for research to understand the strong anti-stick in a simulated coal burning stove in the situation, and study the wind speed with different particle size of coal the relationship between the rate of gas production and the relationship between wind speed, in order to address anti-easily broken back-run gas producer fire and smoke, and tar in the asphalt content is too high and the free carbon, bituminous coal gas in the "broken stick" and low efficiency back-ran gas produce to provide a reliable basis for determining the antibituminous coal stove the best gas furnace structure and the optimum process conditions and control methods provide a reliable basis.
