摘要
利用淀粉废水生产微生物絮凝剂,确定淀粉废水的预发酵方法,并且通过单因素试验确定最适碳源浓度和氮源:碳源(淀粉废水COD)浓度为12000 mg/L,氮源为尿素。同时对其絮凝条件进行研究,确定最佳絮凝条件是:在pH值为7.0,高岭土浓度为5 g/L的100 mL悬浊液中絮凝剂投加量为2.0 mL,CaCl2投加量为2.0 mL。
This paper used the starch wastewater to produce bio - flocculant, and studied the pre - fermentation methods for the starch wastewater, and figured out the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source with single factor test:COD of the starch wastewater is 12 000 mg/L,nitrogen source is urea. At the same time, we have studied the conditions of flocculation and found the best one: dosage of flocculant and CaC12 is 2.0 mL and 2.0 mL respectively in the suspension of 100 mL that the pH is 7.0,and the Kleit concentration is 5 g/L.
