利多卡因对失血性休克兔血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的影响 被引量:2

Effects of lidocaine on hematoplasma endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide after hemorrhagic shock in rabbits

摘要 目的探讨利多卡因对失血性休克白兔器官组织的保护作用。方法18只白兔随机分为三组,每组6只:利多卡因组(L组)、失血性休克组(H组)和对照组(C组)。L组于放血前静脉注射2.5mg/kg利多卡因,此后静注1mg/kg·h利多卡因维持;L组与H组建立失血性休克模型后,分别于放血前(T0)、休克2h(T1)、复苏2h(T2)各从股静脉取血测定血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP);C组在上述对应时间点测定血浆ET和CGRP。结果H组与L组在T1、T2时点,与T0时点及C组相比,ET含量均显著升高(P<0.05),L组ET低于H组(P<0.05);CGRP含量则显著下降(P<0.05),L组CGRP高于H组(P<0.05);结论持续小剂量运用利多卡因能增加机体血浆CGRP含量,降低血浆ET含量,改善各重要脏器微循环,从而减轻失血性休克兔重要器官损伤。 Objective To study the protective efficacy of lidocaine on hematoplasma endothelin and calcitonin gene - related peptide after hemorrhagic shock in rabbits. Methods 18 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (n =6 for each group) : lidecaine group(group L), hemorrhagic shock group(group H) and control group( group C). Group L were intravenous injection lidocaine 2.5mg/kg before bleeding and keep intravenous injecting lidocaine 1 rag/( kg · h)until ending. Group L and group H were constructed hemorrhagic shock model and vein blood samples were collected for measurement of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP) before bleeding (T0), two hours after hemorrhagic shock (T1) and two hours after resuscitation (T2) in group H and group L. Blood samples were taken to measure the ET and CGRP at the same time point in group C. Results The ET of group L and group H at T1 ,T2 were significantly higher than TO and group C (P 〈0. 05), and ET of group L is lower than that in group H (P 〈0.05), while CGRP of group L and group H at T1 ,T2 were significantly lower than TO and group C (P 〈0.05), and CGRP of group L is higher than that in group H (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Keeping intravenous injecting lidocaine can remarkably relieves critical organ injury after hemorrhagic shock through inhibitting the production of ET and increasing the content of CGRP which can improve mierocirculation.
