摘要
基于SCP分析框架分析了我国自改革开放至今饭店业市场整体绩效低下的主要原因,在理清我国饭店行业的市场结构、产权结构及整体素质的基础上,对如何提升我国饭店业整体绩效的总体措施做了初步的探讨。
Based on the theoretical SCP framework, the author analyzed the main reasons of poor market performance of hotels in China since the reform and opening-up policy. Also the author discussed how to improve the performance of hotels in China based on analyzing the market structure, ownership structure and overall quality.
