超低位直肠癌行TME经括约肌间切除术的可行性 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨评估超低位直肠癌行直肠全系膜切除术(TME)加经括约肌间切除术的可行性。方法对10例癌灶下缘距离齿状线≤2cm的直肠低位肿瘤进行术前评估,对其进行直肠全系膜切除术(TME)加经括约肌间切除术。结果全组无手术死亡,术中没有发生严重的并发症,术后病情平稳。术后患者主诉控便能力较差,但是对保留了肛门非常满意,并且3～6个月后肛门功能恢复较满意,有较好的控便能力。结论经括约肌间切除术对早期超低位直肠癌是一种可选择的根治性保肛治疗方法。
