摘要
目的比较人无菌性坏死股骨头制作的脱钙骨基质(DBM)和脱蛋白骨(DPB)的体外成骨诱导活性。方法将人股骨头制作成的DBM和DPB与人骨髓间充质干细胞(hBMSCs)复合培养,并以单层细胞为对照组。检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(OC)和钙离子(Ca2+)的浓度。结果两种材料均表现出成骨诱导活性,DBM材料组的ALP、OC和Ca2+浓度均明显高于DPB组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论DBM和DPB均具有成骨诱导活性,且DBM的成骨诱导活性更强。
Objective To compare the osteoinductive activity of decalcified bone matrix(DBM) and deprotenized bone(DPB) made from aseptic necrotic femoral head. Methods The femoral head was cut into pieces which were made into DBM and DPB. These two kinds of biomaterials were seeded with human bone mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). Monolayer cells without biomaterials were cultivated as the control. The concentration of alkaline phosphatase(ALP), osteocalcin (OC), Ca2+ were evaluated. Results These two kinds of biomaterials also had osteogenic activity. The concentration of ALP, OC, Ca2+ of DBM group was signifcant higher than that in the DPB group and monolayer cells (P 〈0.05). Conclusion DBM and DPB made from aceptic necrotic femoral head have osteogenic activity, espeicially DBM.
