摘要
超声清洗是功率超声最为广泛的应用之一,清洗效果受各种条件影响。为了改善驻波声场对清洗效果的影响,分析了声场分布在超声清洗中的影响作用,综述了近年消除驻波、改善声场均匀性的超声清洗新技术,对超声清洗技术的发展作出了展望。
Ultrasonic cleaning has been one of the most commonly used applications of power ultrasonic. The effect of the cleaning is influenced by various conditions. To improve the influence of the standing waves on the cleaning performance, this paper analyzed the influences & effects of the sound field distribution in ultrasonic cleaning; summarized the nearly developed technologies of the elimination of the standing waves and the improvement of the uniformity of the sound field ; and lastily made prospects on the future development in ultrasonic cleaning technology.
