摘要
根据液压伺服控制的工作原理,设计了电液伺服控制系统。系统的人机交互界面采用图形化编程工具LabWindows/CVI编写,系统的控制算法采用Ziegler-Nichols整定PID控制方法,经过对根轨迹寻优以及参数的微调,得到最优PID参数,并对系统进行MatLab仿真,证明该系统控制效果良好。
The paper designs the electro-hydraulic servo control system that apply to loading pilot part according to its working principle. Personal computer interface of the system is prepared by LabWindows / CVI of graphical programming tools and the control algorithm of system is controlled by Ziegler-Nichols PID control method. After the optimization of the root locus and micro-regulation the parameters, it obtains the optimal PID parameters and the system is simulated with Maflab and simulation result shows that the system is satisfactory to the control effect.
