摘要
分子比的平稳保持对铝电解生产影响较大。在铝电解生产中要求有一个相对稳定的初晶温度会使电解槽生产更平稳,也即有一个相对稳定的分子比范围,本文揭示了分子比与初晶温度的内在联系,并在生产实践中应用9区控制法较成功地稳定了分子比范围,对电解槽平稳生产和调整电解质分子比有一定的指导作用。
