摘要
针对目前引信热电池密封性能检测方法精度低、周期长、通用性差等弊端,研制一种密封性能检测系统.系统采用模块化结构设计,运用负压平衡法,完成小泄漏和大泄漏两个环节检测,并通过计算机对数据实时采集、储存和显示.该系统已经成功应用于某型号引信热电池检测中,大大缩短了检测时间,提高了检测精度,取得了较好的效果.
Aiming at the disadvantages of low precision, long period, bad versatility and so on at present, the inspecting system for sealing performance of thermal battery used by fuzes is researched. By adopting the modular structure and negative pressure balance, it can not only inspect thin leakage and thick leakage, but also have the function of data collection, storage and display by computer. This system has been used in inspecting the sealing performance of thermal battery used by one fuze successfully, and the adoption of it makes good effect by reducing time, enhancing the precision.
