摘要
选择阴-非离子反应性乳化体系,通过乳液聚合,制备了丙烯酸酯乳液保护膜压敏胶.对压敏胶的物理性能、粘合性能、保护膜胶层的抗转移能力以及胶膜的耐水性能进行了测试,并与采用非反应性乳化体系制得的具有相同单体组成的保护膜压敏胶进行了对比分析.结果表明:使用反应性乳化剂能明显改善胶膜的耐水性、提高胶层的抗转移能力,并能获得综合性能良好的保护膜乳液压敏胶.
In this paper, nonionic and anionic reactive emulsifier composite system is used for the polymerization of acrylate emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive for surface protective films. The effects of reactive surfactants and conventional emulsifiers on the properties of films, such as mechanical properties, bond properties, anti-transiton properties and water resistance are discussed. The experiment results indicate that reactive emulsifier can improve the water resistance and antitransiton of the films, and the emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive for surface protective films with good combinational property can be also obtained.
