螺旋纳米碳纤维的制备及其电磁性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究采用化学气相沉积方法生长螺旋纳米碳纤维.以Ni为催化剂热解乙炔制备出纯净、规则的单、双螺旋形碳纤维,单螺旋纤维的螺径约为1~2μm,双螺旋的螺径约为2—5μm.拉曼光谱和x射线衍射分析证明螺旋形碳纤维是由小石墨微晶组成.同时对制备出的两种螺旋纳米碳纤维进行电磁性能分析,通过波导法分析其在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内电磁参数. The micro-coiled carbon nanofibers are synthesized on the graphite substrate by chemical vapor deposition method. The results demonstrate that the regular single micro-coiled carbon nanofibers with diameter about 1 -2 μm and the double micro-coiled carbon nanofibers with diameter about 2 -5μm have been successfully prepared by deposition of acetylene using Ni as catalyst. Raman and XRD analysis indicates that the micro-coiled carbon nanofibers are composed of the minute graphitic crystalloid. Furthermore, the electromagnetism property of the micro-coiled carbon nanofibers is measured by wave-guide method in the frequency range of 8.2 -12. 4GHz.
