关于构建高校图书馆养生阅读疗法服务体系的思考

本文根据养生阅读疗法的特点,结合当代大学生心理健康状况,分析了此方法在大学生心理健康培养中的作用,并提出了构建高校图书馆养生阅读疗法服务体系的具体措施。

This paper put forward the specific steps of constructing the mental health training service system through reading therapy of keeping in good health according to the characteristics of reading therapy of keeping in good health and combining with the situation of mental health of contemporary college students. At the same time analyze the functions of cultivating the university students＇ mental health by using this method.
