通过技术改造，使钢管桩长管节的内、外纵缝和内、外环缝全部实现埋弧自动焊接，并使长管节制作全过程形成机械生产流水线，从而提高了产品质量及生产效率。

Abstract This paper introduces a machanized production chain of automatic welding for steel pipe piles, which has made it possible to accomplish automatic arc welding of all internal and external longitudinal and hooping seans of longer pile sections of pipe piles and to form a processing line with more output and higher quality.
