摘要
作者从G300ZC10B柴油机试车时发生的几次拉缸事故出发,对可能引起拉缸的几个主要因素逐一进行分析,找出了引起柴油机拉缸的关键因素。通过改进活塞型面结构,有效地抑制了G300ZC10B柴油机拉缸事故的再次发生。
Proceeding from several accidents of cylinder scuffling taking place in trial run of model G300ZC10B diesel engine, the authors have conducted analyses one by one of several possible main causes for cylinder scuffing, and have found out the critical factors cansing the engine to suffer fromcylindel scuffing. Through design modification of the piston, it has been made possible to effectively control the cylinder scuffing occurrence with G3000ZC10B diesel engines.
