摘要
从理论上分析了影响低温度系数装药弹道性能的装填参数,并具体讨论了主装药和包覆火药的混合比、燃面比及燃面温度系数等对该装药弹道温度系数的影响。研究表明,在一定范围内,包覆火药与主装药的混合比增加、主装药和包覆火药的燃面比减小或燃面温度系数的绝对值增大,有利于降低该装药的弹道温度系数。
The loading parameters influencing ballistic behaviors of low temperature sensitivity charge are theoretically analyzed. The effect of mixed proportion of the propellant main charge to nitroguanidine coated charge,burning surface ratio, S M/ S B,and the burning surface temperature coefficient on the ballistic temperature sensitivity of the propellant are discussed in detail. The results show that increasing the percentage of coated propellant, decreasing burning surface ratio between the main charge and coated propellant charge and increasing the absolute value of burning surface temperature coefficient under some conditions are beneficial to reduce the ballistic temperature coefficient of LTSC.
