一种新气相色谱固定相的性能和保留机理研究

Synthesis and preparation of catenary crown ether stationaryphase for capillary gas chromatography

用新合成的一种套索冠醚Ｎ，Ｎ双（８甲基喹啉）二氮杂１８冠６作为固定相，涂渍在弹性石英毛细管内，测其拄效、惰性、热稳定性、平均极性及选择性等性质．实验结果表明，它具有良好的色谱性能，中等极性，适用于对醇、卤代苯、芳香烃等位置异构体的分离，并从分子结构和热力学参数等探讨了保留及分离机理．

he catenary crown ether(Ⅰ) is spreaded in the spring quartz capillary as stationary phase. It's column effect, inactivity, thermostability, average polarity and selectivity are determined.And the obtained results show that it possesses good chromatographic feature, proper polarity and high selectivity. The catenary crown ether(Ⅰ) is suitable for the separation of isomer of alcohol, halobydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon.
