中氮茚酰胺衍生物的合成

摘要 以TPCD为氧化剂,用吡啶、异喹啉的钅翁盐同烯烃进行1,3-偶极环加成反应合成中氮茚母体后,与芳胺钠作用生成十四个新型中氮茚酰胺衍生物.它们的结构均经元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁谱所确证. Abstract In this paper, a novel fourteen indolizine amide derivatives were synthesized by aminolysis of 1 cyano 3 ethy1 oxy carbonyl indolizine (2) and 1 cyano 3 ethyloxycarbonyl pyrrolo (2,1 a) isoquinoline (5) with sodium salts of aromatic amines. The compounds (2,5) were prepared via 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition of pyridinium salt (1) and isoquinolinium salt (4) with acrylonitrile in the presence of TPCD as oxidant. The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by elementary analysis、 IR and ′HNMR spectra. It is a facile method for the preparation of indolizine amide derivatives.
