THE ANALOGY MEASUREMENT METHOD OF LASER POWER DENSITY

摘要 提出用比拟法标定激光功率密度计的原理,消除了直接测量所引人的系统误差,使测量误差<2%. In this paper, the principle of the analogy measurement method of laser power density is presented. The system can remain the sys-error as low as 2%.
