摘要
分析了两步离子交换工艺中辅助电场的作用及辅助电场的施加方法.发现选择铂金作为金属引导电极,可防止漏电流的产生和减少电极损耗.设计制作了一套真空吸附装置,用该装置研究了有辅助电场情况下的离子交换.结果表明,辅助电场对样品性能的影响很大,利用辅助电场,可以使交换速度提高.
The function of assisted electric field in two step ion exchange technology is analyzed. The exerting method of assisted electric field is studied. Platinum is used as metal guiding electrode. Enable to avoid electric current leak and to reduce electrode spoilage. A vacuum inhaling device is designed and made. With the device, assisted electric field ino exchange is studied .The result indicated: assisted electric field makes a notable impact on the property of the sample and exchange speed is increased by assisted electric field.
