论述了ＨＯＤＯＬＩＣ计算机图像监控报警系统的总体设计方案，介绍了各个子系统的工作、功能及其控制方案，以及火灾探测和防范监视的设计思想，并且介绍了系统目前的基本技术指标．
The total project of the HODOLIC computer vedio system is described. The function and control method of each sub system, the design idea and software architecture for fire detection and safety monitoring are introduced. The fundamental technical targets of the system at present are listed.
