我国国立科研机构的知识产权管理机制研究

Research on Intellectual Property Management Mechanism in National Scientific Research Institutions in China

在调查我国国立科研机构知识产权管理现状的基础上,分析知识产权管理机制中存在的问题,然后以马普学会、法国国家科研中心、美国国立卫生研究院为例,介绍国际著名科研机构的知识产权管理策略,最后针对我国国立科研机构的知识产权管理机制建设提出对策和建议。

Based on the investigation into the intellectual property management status in national scientific research institutions in China, the author analyzes the problems exsits in intellectual property management mechanisms. Then, the author introduces the intellectual property management strategies in world famous scientific research institutions based on the examples of Max-Planek-Gesellschaft, Le Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and National Institutes of Health in United State. At last, the author makes some suggestions on the establishment of intellectual property management mechanism in national scientific research institutions in China.
