An Analytic of the Effective Knowledge Transfer in Enterprise

知识经济时代,知识转移是企业取得竞争优势的基础,并逐渐成为当前知识管理研究领域的一个热点问题。文章依据Nonaka提出的SECI螺旋模型,重点研究企业环境中知识转移模式,分析企业知识转移效果的评价方法和评价指标,最后论述影响企业知识转移效果的四个要素,对企业采用哪些知识转移模式和如何评价知识转移效度具有一定的现实意义。

Knowledge transfer is the base of enterprises to obtain competitive advantage in the knowledge economic time, and is becoming a hot topic in the field of knowledge management. Base on the Nonaka＇ s SECI spiral model, this paper focuses on the knowl- edge transfer mode, analyzes the methods and indicators of evaluation to enterprise knowledge transfer effect in the business environ- ment, at last, studies four factors impact on the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge transfer. There is a certain practical significance for what knowledge transfer model the enterprise adopts and how to assess the validity of knowledge transfer.
