摘要
研究了碳酸氢铵转型制备氟化稀土的工艺过程,初步探讨了其沉淀机理,并用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、差热-热重和透射电镜分析方法对氟化物产品的组成、形貌、粒径等进行了分析测定.
The technological process of rare earth fluoride prepared by the ammonium bicarbonate conversion has been studied,and its preliminary precipitating mechanism was discussed.The component,appearance and grain size of rare earth fluoride have been determined by XRD,Xray fluorescence,DTATG and TEM.
