摘要
用分步炼苗法,对烟草、草莓、栝楼的试管苗进行了开口光培、沙培和室外营养钵几个步骤的炼苗;并在光学显微镜下观察比较了试管苗、开口光培苗、沙培苗在13~14自然光下和暗处理3h后,气孔开度的变化.结果表明,试管苗移栽于低湿环境下易萎蔫死亡的原因不仅与气孔开关机能有关,而且也与气孔密度、气孔保卫细胞大小、表皮毛等多方面有关.
Through steps of training plantlets to tobacco,strawberry and Chinese trichosanthes tube plants,we observed the stomatal aperture of training plantlets leaves under 13~14 sun light and after 3 hours darkness at every step.The results showed the reason that tube plant transplants were easy to wilt and die at lower humidity.It was concerned not only with stomatal function but also with stomatal frequency,grard cell size and epidermal down.
