首先阐述区域持续发展协调的整体性与层次性原则，功能结构性与开放协调性原则，综合集成与优化控制原则，公平与效率相结合原则．然后从宏观、中观和微观三个层次系统阐述了区域人地系统协调的内容．

The coordination for regional PRED system must be performed according to certain principles and with the contents in different levels.This paper first expounded the principles of coordination for regional sustainable development.There were four main principles mentioned as follows:the principle of entirety and levels,the principle of functional structure and opening coordination,the principles of meta-synthesis and optimum control and the principle of combination of equality and efficiency.At the end,the contents of the coordination—relationships of human and earth,were expounded with practice more systematically from three-level.
