摘要
在pH为8.50的Briton-Robinson缓冲体系中(BR),Ni(Ⅱ)与酪氨酸形成的配合物于-0.95V(vsSCE)产生灵敏的阴极波.其二阶导数波高与酪氨酸浓度在1.0×10-6~8.0×10-5molL-1内呈线性关系,该波可用于酪氨酸的分析测定.
In Britton Robinson buffer solution(pH8.50),the complex of nickel(Ⅱ) tyrosine can produce a sensitive cathodic wave at 0.95V(vs SCE).The height of second order derivative wave is linear with the concentration of tyrosine over the range of 1.0×10 6 to 8.0×10 5 mol·L 1 .The method has been developed for the determination of tyrosine.In this paper ,the characteristics of the wave has been studied.
