海带叶状体不同部位的过氧化物酶酶型与基因表达的研究

摘要 采用垂直板式聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对海带3个材料叶状体8个不同部位的过氧化物酶酶型与基因表达进行了分析.结果表明:海带叶状体的过氧化物酶受3个基因位点控制,由于某些基因不表达,因而各部位酶带表现出不同程度的差异,说明海带叶状体不同部位同工酶基因表达有其特异性. The banding patterns of peroxidase in 8 different parts of 3 varieties of laminaria sporophytes were examined by PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ). Their gene expressions of peroxidase were compared and analyzed . The results showed the peroxidase in laminaria sporophytes were controlled by 3 gene loci. Because some genes didn't express, the banding patterns of peroxidase were different. It showed the genes of isozyme in different parts of laminaria sporophytes had their speciality.
