摘要
采用红薯淀粉经表氯醇交联,醚化剂(一氯醋酸和3氯2羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵)阴、阳离子化,得到两性红薯淀粉螯合试剂.研究了制备条件与产物螯合容量的关系,获得了螯合重金属离子容量相当高的产品.并探讨了它的使用条件及反复利用的性能.实践证明:它是一种高效的重金属离子污水处理剂.
The synthesis and properties of CCCAS for the adsorption of heavy metal ion were investigated. The effects of synthetic condition on the reaction of cation agent and anion agent onto crosslinked sweet potato starch were studied. CCCAS type amphoteric starch chelate agent with high capacity was obtained. It has excellentad sorption ability for Cd 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Cr 2O 7 2- and [Fe(CN) 6] 4- respectively. It also can excellently absorb Cd 2+ ,Cu 2+ and Cr 2O 7 2- in a solution with mixed ions. This CCCAS can be regenerated by 6%~8% NaCl aqueous solution and reused.
