试论大学生就业心理问题的表现与调适

当前严峻的就业形势加重了大学毕业生的就业压力,从而很容易产生各种心理问题,这些心理问题对大学生的就业是十分不利的。本文通过对大学生在就业过程中存在的心理问题进行了分析,并探讨了心理问题调适的方法。
