摘要
文中应用差动比概念,从运动分解及功率分流着手,对变直径卷辊传动用2KH差速器的转矩、功率、角速度及结构参数选择作了深入探讨,提出了降低速度波动幅度及张力波动幅度,提高传动平稳性的技术措施,为开发该类产品提供了可靠的理论依据.
Applying the differential rate conception,the essay sets out with the method of decomposing movement and seperating power,probes into the twin distance.power,angular velocity structure parameter of the 2KH differential mechanism used in changing diameter rell transmission. And,it puts forword the technical measure that reduces speed and tensian amplitude,and raises transmission steability,which provide the reliable proof for the product's development.
