摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合方法制备羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酸(CMC-AA)高吸水性材料,并详细考察原料配比、油水比、引发剂、分散剂、中和度、反应温度和反应时间对接枝共聚物性能的影响.通过性能实验表明,此接枝共聚物是一种较好的超强吸水材料,尤其是它的耐盐性远远大于其它吸水材料,其吸去离子水为800g/g,吸0.9%食盐水为120~140g/g.
This report studies the systhesis and water absorbability of carboxymethyl cellulose graft acrylic acid (CMC AA) copolymer using the inverse phase suspension polymerizution.Through experiments we discuss the influences on the grafting effect and grafting copolymer properties,by the initiator,dispersion agent,suspension agent,neutraliztion ratio,reaction temperature stabilizer and time. Judging from the experiments of water absorbability,absorption ratio,and water retention,the copolymer of CMC grafting AA is found to be an absorbent of good quality,especially its anti salt properity,It can absorb water 800 g/g and 0.9% salt water 120~140 g/g
