一甲肼-水二元物系汽液相平衡测定

摘要 本文测定了一甲基肼-水物系在74.66kPa及101.33kPa下的汽液平衡数据,关联得出了Wilson方程及NRTL方程的参数,平均偏差小于2.4%.采用盐效应的理论,对加入碱NaOH后此二元物系汽液平衡的变化进行了初步的研究,NaOH可明显地提高溶液中一甲肼相对挥发度,其影响符合Furter盐效应定律. The vapor liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of the monomethylhydrazine (MMH) H 2O binary system at 74.66 kPa and 101.33 kPa was determined with othmer still.The salt effect of NaOH on VLE of this system was also investigated.The VLE data of MMH H 2O binary system obtained from experiments were correlated using Wilson and NRTL equation,which both show considerable precision in the calculation of vapor composition.It is shown from the experiment results that NaOH has a strong effect on the VLE of the MMH H 2O system.The effect is studied with Furters theories.
