摘要 增强TMV抗性是烟草抗病育种的重要目标。简要介绍了烟草TMV的发病症状及防治方法,综述了烟草抗TMV的主要抗源、烟草抗TMV育种进展及生物技术在抗TMV育种中的应用,并就今后如何有效开展烟草抗TMV育种提出了建议。 The development of the varieties resistant to TMV is one of the important objectives in tobacco breeding. The symptoms of tobacco plants infected by TMV and the methods of the control of TMV were introduced. The germplasms resistant to TMV, the progress on the development of tobacco varieties resistant to TMV and the application of biotechnology were reviewed. The suggestions on developing efficiently the tobacco varieties resistant to TMV were put forward.
