摘要
提出了一种新的双二阶滤波器的OTA实现电路.该结构具有最少的元件,所有的电容均接地,滤波器特性参数均可独立调节等特点.给出了二阶滤波器设计实例并经计算机仿真所验证.
A novel structure of biquadratic filter using Operational Transconductance Amplifier(OTA) is presented.It has some advantages such as minimum component,all the capacitors being grounded,the filter character parameters ω,Q and voltage gain being tuned by external voltage or current.Design and computer simulation results of a second order filter are given to demonstrate its feasibility.
