Application of DSS in the Management of Mechanical Industry Scientific Talents

根据机械工业科技人才队伍管理的要求，建立了“三库一体（知识库、数据库、模型库）的总体结构．本系统通过专家咨询及依据各种资料文献归纳整理为知识库和推理机制；利用机械工业科技人才队伍资源的统计数据与档案资料建立数据库；将各类预测模型及其他模型建立成模型库；最后通过推理机制综合三库实现对人才的科学管理，从而为机械工业科技人才队伍管理决策提供了新的手段．

Based on the requirement of the management of scientific talents,the general structure of the DSS which consists of one knowledge base,one data base and one model base has been established in this paper.The knowledge base and inference knowledge are generalized from the talent management documents and the visiting of experts.The data base is built up through the statistical datum and other information about the sicentlfic talents of the Mechanical Industry Department.The model base is composed of all kinds of models,especially the anticipation models.Finally,the effective management of scientific talents has been implemented by use of the inference engine and three-base.
