摘要
报道了半导体激光二极管泵浦四波长同时激射的双偏振c轴切割掺钕钒酸钇薄片激光器件.激光器的起振为11mW,光-光转换效率大于26.5%,在40mW的LD泵浦下输出12mW的1.06μm激光总功率.同时,研究该激光晶体结构及其薄片晶体的4F3/2→4I11/2跃迁荧光发射光谱,阐明多波长同时激射与双偏振产生的物理机制.
A bipolarization and fourwavelength simultaneous oscillation in a ccut Nd∶YVO4 microchip laser pumped by diode laser is reported in this paper. A low threshold of 11 mW was obtained with an opticaloptical conversion efficiency more than 26.5% for this laser, and the laser output power as much as 12 mW at 1.06 μm has been achieved under the 40 mW pumping level at 810 nm. Meanwhile, the microchip crystal structure and the fluorescence spectra originating from the transition of 4 F3/2→4I11/2 have been studied. The laser generation mechanism with bipolarization and fourwavelength simultaneously operating has also been physically understood.
